Wisconsin Residential Lease Agreement Template
This Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ______________ ("Landlord") and ______________ ("Tenant") on this date ______________. The premises located at ______________ ("Premises") in the state of Wisconsin, shall be leased subject to the terms and conditions as set forth herein.
In consideration of the mutual agreements contained herein, and in compliance with the Wisconsin Residential Rental Practices (Wis. Admin. Code ATCP § 134), the parties agree as follows:
